Freedom of Speech is Now a Crime?

The AMA (American Medical Association) does not believe that anyone should have a right to disagree with their opinions. The medical opinions from the AMA, according to them, should be dictatorial decrees with no doctor or investigative reporters being allowed to dissent.

He broke a story that shows how our institutions and big tech and government may work together to deny you your first amendment right of "Freedom of Speech".

"BREAKING: The American Medical Association is asking Big Tech and the Department of Justice to censor, deplatform, investigate, and prosecute journalists who question the orthodoxy of radical gender surgeries for minors, arguing that public criticism is "disinformation."

The Third paragraph of the letter makes a very scary request.

"These coordinated attacks threaten federally protected rights to health care for patients and their families. The attacks are rooted in an intentional campaign of disinformation, where a few high-profile users on social media share false and misleading information targeting individual physicians and hospitals, resulting in a rapid escalation of threats, harassment, and disruption of care across multiple jurisdictions. Our organizations have called on technology companies to do more to prevent this practice on digital platforms, and we now urge your office to take swift action to investigate and prosecute all organizations, individuals, and entities responsible."

Intentional attacks of disinformation defined by whom?

In the forth paragraph, the AMA reveals the main party they are trying to protect.

"Providers of evidence-based gender-affirming health care and their colleagues" .

Truth be told, the AMA is trying to shut down all debate on gender surgeries. If a parent disagrees with their child getting such a surgery, this may soon be a crime.

The AMA, AAP and CHA also called on TikTok, Twitter and Meta (the parent company of Facebook and Instagram) to use “safety and hateful conduct policies” to prevent “coordinated campaigns of disinformation.”

This letter from the AMA is very similar in demand when AG Garland received a letter from the National School Board Association. In the letter from the school board, they wanted to make it a crime for parents to give their own opinion on their children's education. Any parent that disagreed with the school board was to considered a domestic terrorist.

Freedom of speech is a principle that supports the freedom of an individual or a community to articulate their opinions and ideas without fear of retaliation, censorship, or legal sanction.

Our constitution gave the rights to the people. It was not so that the Government should be able to team up with corporations to deny its citizens the rights allotted to them in our constitution.
