Movement for Socialism
Juan Evo Morales Ayma, the former president of Bolivia, a leftist who combats the influence of the United States and multinational corporations. Ideologically a socialist, he has led the Movement for Socialism (MAS) party since 1998. Morales is presenting a project, "Decalogue of Runasur", founding a "Plurinational America".
They wish to consolidate their anti-imperialist struggle of the peoples, social movements and organisations, against capitalism.

Plurinational America claims as their purpose is to defend the natural resources, redistribution of wealth and solidarity among peoples. They reject capitalism as a failed system that causes inequality, death and destruction.
A signed letter descibing the danger of this organization:
IN DEFENSE OF NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY
A clear threat is approaching from the outside on sovereignty, independence and national security. On December 20 and 21, a meeting of Runasur will be held in Cusco, called by former Bolivian president Evo Morales Ayma, who intends to dismember Peru by granting Bolivia a sovereign exit to the Pacific and thus form an “Aymara nation” as a territorial extension Bolivian.
To execute his project, Morales is explicit in his challenging call. It presents a "Decalogue of Runasur" : founding a "Plurinational America" , similar to the name it applied in Bolivia. It indicates that its actors will be indigenous peoples, workers, teachers, peasants and academics chosen with the mission of capturing power. To do this, they must "liberate the peoples of America through anti-capitalist, anti-colonial and anti-imperialist policies", allowing the recovery of "the millennial principles of life . " He adds that Runasur will be a "multinational entity that transcends the states . " Its headquarters will be Cochabamba.
Obviously it is a vast transnational geopolitical project to put aside the states, their respective sovereignty and independence and, of course, the existing democratic regimes. In the case of Peru, the danger is greater, for the purposes of Morales stated above. For this reason, the mere convocation of the Cusco meeting constitutes an unacceptable interference and interference that violates the fundamental norms of the letters of the United Nations and the OAS.
The President of the Republic as Head of State personifies the nation, that we are all Peruvians. It is their duty to defend national sovereignty; protect the safety of the population; ensure that the territory is inalienable and inviolable; legitimately command the Armed Forces that must guarantee independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity. It cannot allow and less support foreign politicians to carry out events that attack our independence, sovereignty and dignity; They promote the division between Peruvians and seek the destruction of the rule of law.
The elected authorities are constitutionally obliged to adopt unequivocal measures that prevent such an offensive, unauthorized and pernicious meeting.

Why this article is important
There is a movement to spread socialism on a global scale. The United States, till recently, has been protected from these dangers. The socialist movement has come to the United States. With cries of systemic racism, attacks on our founders and history, indoctrination in our schools and attacks on our systems of law and order, we can no longer pretend that we are not part of this picture.
Freedom is a fragile thing and it's never more than one generation away from extinction. It is not ours by way of inheritance; it must be fought for and defended constantly by each generation, for it comes only once to a people. And those in world history who have known freedom and then lost it have never known it again.
