When they went to Ukraine to help with the great numbers of exiles from the war, they were asked by a number of animal groups to help. The shelters in Ukraine had been bombed and the situation for the animals had become serious. FVR became involved in an animal rescue operation in a war torn country that redefined the organization. They became defenders of animal rights.
Soon after we were to learn that leaders that do not respect human rights also do not respect animal rights. Which led us to the next step as advocates of animal rights and their welfare.

In this program you will become an advocate for animal rights in war zones to countries that abuse human and animal rights to advocating for laws to defend those who can not defend themselves.

Your gift means we can continue to improve the lives of the animals in our care. The very same governments that abuse human rights also abuse animal rights. We are a strong advocate for sterilization of animal campaigns, as just in the United States, 670,000 are euthanized each year. We were involved in animal rescue in Ukraine. A strong voice against animal testing, which is a cruel and unnecessary torture of living creatures. Watch next month for a live event that we will speak at. Details to follow.
